  • 60ml Plain Yogurt

    30g Tapioca Pearls (Mango Tapioca) or Mango Chewing Boba

Method:
Add MONIN Mango Puree, Plain Yogurt, Milk, Vanilla Frappe, and cardamom to a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with Tapioca or Chewing Boba.

Mango Tapioca or Mango Chewing Boba

 

3. Raw Mango Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp MONIN Raw Mango Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp black salt
  • A pinch of regular salt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • Ice cube tray or popsicle molds

Method:

In a bowl, mix 3 tbsp MONIN Raw Mango Syrup, roasted cumin powder, black salt, regular salt, sugar (optional), and cold water; stir well to combine. Tear a few mint leaves and add them to the mixture (optional). Pour the mixture into ice cube trays or popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks, and freeze for 4-6 hours. Once frozen, run warm water over the molds to release the popsicles, then serve chilled and enjoy!
