The shelf life of syrups depends on external conditions. Ensure your dosing instruments are clean and in hygienic condition so it does not affect the quality of the product. You can store the syrups for 6 to 8 weeks after opening if kept in a cool place and protected from the light.

No, MONIN syrups do not need to be refrigerated. They have to be recapped and stored in a clean, dry and cool place (<25°). Please refer to the back label of the product for any particular condition to respect.

Naturally occurring fruit oils, pulp or pectin present in MONIN fruit syrups may cause a ring to form at the bottom. However, it is not a cause for concern. The ring should dissolve once shaken.
