Basil Brine Sour

Ingredients

  • 10ml MONIN Basil Syrup
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 5ml Olive Brine
  • 2 drops of Saline Water
  • 60ml Vodka
  • 1 Egg White

Garnish

Orange peel and flower

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, add MONIN Basil Syrup, Lime Juice, Olive Brine, Saline Water, Vodka, and Egg White
  2. Perform a dry shake (without ice) and shake well
  3. Then, add ice cubes and shake again
  4. Double strain the mixture into a glass with one block of ice
  5. Add a dash of orange bitters on top
