- Ingredients & Preparation:
- Beat SCS Unsalted Butter and icing sugar until fluffy. Then
- add one egg at a time.
- Top flour and cocoa powder into the mixture and combine until it becomes a dough.
- Shape the dough into tartlet shells of your desired size.
- Bake the tartletshell at 170°C for 10-15 minutes.
- 150g SCS Unsalted Butter
- 20g cocoa powder
- 310g flour
- 80g icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- Custard Filling Ingredients:
- 50g Le Fruit de MONIN Mango
- 125g milk
- 100g whipping cream (whipped 80%)
- 50g instant custard powder
- Flavour options: Strawberry/Peach
- Le Fruit de MONIN Passion Fruit/MONÍN
- Custard Filling Preparation:
- Stir milk and instant custard powder in a bowl. Then
- add Le Fruit de MONIN Mango and stir all together until well combined.
- Beat whipping cream until soft peaks are formed.
- Add the custard filling and combine well.
- Pipe filling into the prepared tartlet shells.
- Decorate tarts as desired.
