Coconut Mango Laddu

Ingredients

  • 100 ml MONIN Mango Crush
  • 100 ml MONIN Coconut Fruit Mix
  • 220 gm Desiccated Coconut
  • 50 ml Condensed Milk

Dried coconut crush

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, add desiccated coconut and dry roast for a minute or two over low flame
  2. Then add MONIN Mango Crush, MONIN Coconut Fruit Mix, and condensed milk
  3. Mix well and cook for at least 5 to 7 minutes on medium heat
  4. Once the mixture reaches a dough-like consistency, let it cool and then start shaping it into round balls
