Ingredients
- 150 g of MONIN syrup
- 50 g of Le Fruit de MONIN
- 3 eggs
- 500 g of UHT cream
- 400 g of Philadelphia cream cheese
- 50 g of butter
- 100 g of biscuits (speculoos type).
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F)
- Finely crush the biscuits
- Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a cake mold
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the Philadelphia cream cheese, UHT cream, and eggs until smooth
- Add the MONIN syrup and mix until well combined
- Pour the mixture into the prepared cake mold
- Swirl and spread Le Fruit de MONIN on top for marbling effect
- Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F)
- Allow to cool and set for 4 hours in the refrigerator
