Ingredients

  • 150 g of MONIN syrup
  • 50 g of Le Fruit de MONIN
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 g of UHT cream
  • 400 g of Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 50 g of butter
  • 100 g of biscuits (speculoos type).

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F)
  2. Finely crush the biscuits
  3. Mix with melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a cake mold
  4. In a mixing bowl, beat together the Philadelphia cream cheese, UHT cream, and eggs until smooth
  5. Add the MONIN syrup and mix until well combined
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared cake mold
  7. Swirl and spread Le Fruit de MONIN on top for marbling effect
  8. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F)
  9. Allow to cool and set for 4 hours in the refrigerator
