Ingredients
- 250 g MONIN syrup.(choose your flavor)
- 17.5 g dehydrated egg whites
- 125 g almond powder
- 125 g icing sugar
Preparation
- Place the syrup and dehydrated egg whites in a mixing bowl
- Whip on high speed
until stiff peaks form
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond powder and icing sugar
- Gently fold the almond-sugar mixture into the whipped meringue (macaronage technique), being careful not to deflate the mixture
- Preheat the oven to 155°C (310°F)
- Pipe the macaron batter onto silicone
baking mats using a piping bag fitted with a size 8 nozzle
- Bake at 150°C (300°F) for 15 minutes
- Allow the macarons to cool completely on
the baking sheets before removing them
