Flavoured Marshmallow
Ingredients
350 g MONIN syrup
50 g water
25 g dehydrated egg whites
5 sheets of gelatin
pre-soaked in cold wate.
Instructions
Whisk the dehydrated egg whites with MONIN syrup and water, Beat into a meringue at high speed with a mixer
Microwave the gelatin sheets for 30 seconds until melted, then add to the meringue mixture, Stir thoroughly
Pour into metal circles, squares, or individual silicone molds
Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then dust with a mixture of 50 g powdered sugar and 50 g cornstarch
This should give you delicious flavored marshmallows!
