Flavoured Marshmallow

Ingredients

  • 350 g MONIN syrup
  • 50 g water
  • 25 g dehydrated egg whites
  • 5 sheets of gelatin
  • pre-soaked in cold wate.

Instructions

  1. Whisk the dehydrated egg whites with MONIN syrup and water, Beat into a meringue at high speed with a mixer
  2. Microwave the gelatin sheets for 30 seconds until melted, then add to the meringue mixture, Stir thoroughly
  3. Pour into metal circles, squares, or individual silicone molds
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then dust with a mixture of 50 g powdered sugar and 50 g cornstarch
  5. This should give you delicious flavored marshmallows!
