Fruity Hibiscus Gin and Tonic

Ingredients

  • 20ml MONIN Hibiscus Syrup
  • 60ml pomegranate Juice
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 60ml Gin
  • Top up with Tonic Water

Garnish

Edible Flower and Pomegranate Seeds

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin add Monin Hibiscus syrup, Pomegranate juice, lime juice, rosemary and Gin
  2. Add ice and shake well, pour it into a glass along with ice and top up with Tonic water
  3. Garnish and Serve
