Ginger Chai Toddy

Ingredients

  • Bourbon: 45 ml
  • MONIN Chai Tea Concentrate: 20 ml
  • MONIN Ginger Syrup: 10 ml
  • Fresh Lime Juice: 10 ml
  • Orange Bitters: 2 dashes
  • Hot Water: 270 ml

Preparation

  1. In a heat-resistant glass or mug, combine bourbon, MONIN Chai Tea Concentrate, MONIN Ginger Syrup, and lime juice
  2. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters for extra depth of flavor
  3. Top the mixture with hot water and stir gently to combine
  4. Garnish with a cinnamon stick or a thin slice of fresh ginger for a cozy presentation
  5. Serve immediately while warm
