Green Apple Sour

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Green Apple
  • 60 ml Gin​
  • 10 ml Lime Juice​
  • 60 ml Apple juice
  • 1 small pic of Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/2 Star Anise
  • 1 Egg white
  • Ice ​Cubes

Garnish

Instructions

  1. Take a shaker tin and add MONIN Green Apple Syrup, Gin, Spices, Apple Juice, Lime Juice and egg white do a dry shake
  2. Then add ice into a shaker then shake well
  3. Strain the drink into a serving glass
  4. Garnish your drink, then serve
