Ingredients

  • 20ml MONIN Green Apple Syrup
  • 2 Basil leaves
  • 90ml Litchi Juice
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • Soda water

Garnish

Apple Slices, Basil leaves

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Monin Green Apple Syrup, basil leaves, litchi juice, and lime juice with ice and Shake well
  2. Strain mixture into a glass with ice cubes
  3. Top up with soda water
  4. Stir gently and garnish with a slice of green apple or basil leaf
