  • 20ml MONIN Hibiscus Syrup
  • 60ml Pineapple Juice
  • 3 lemon Wedges
  • 5-8 Mint Leaves
  • 90ml Ginger Ale
  • 30ml Tea decoction

  1. In a glass add lemon wedges, and mint leaves, muddle lightly
  2. Add Monin Hibiscus Syrup, Pineapple juice stir well along with ice
  3. Add ginger ale and top up with tea decoction
  4. Garnish and serve your drink
