Ingredients
- MONIN Ginger Syrup: 30 ml
- MONIN Pure Cane Syrup: 20 ml
- Lemon Juice: 10 ml
- Sparkling Water: 120 ml
Preparation
- In a mixing glass or shaker, combine MONIN Ginger Syrup, MONIN Pure Cane Syrup, and lemon juice
- Add ice and gently stir to combine the flavors
- Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice
- Top with sparkling water and stir gently to maintain carbonation
- Garnish with a lemon slice or a piece of candied ginger, if desired
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
