Mixed Green Salad with Roasted Hazelnut Dressing

Ingredients

  • Salad Base
  • 200g Leafy mixed greens
  • 40g Carrot (shredded)
  • 30g Red radishes (slices)
  • Grapefruit Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 40ml MONIN Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
  • 50ml Olive oil
  • 40ml Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper. to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded carrot and sliced radishes
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, MONIN Roasted Hazelnut Syrup, mayonnaise
  3. dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated
  5. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed
