Ingredients
- Salad Base
- 200g Leafy mixed greens
- 40g Carrot (shredded)
- 30g Red radishes (slices)
- Grapefruit Balsamic Vinaigrette
- 40ml MONIN Roasted Hazelnut Syrup
- 50ml Olive oil
- 40ml Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper. to taste
Preparation
- In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, shredded carrot and sliced radishes
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, MONIN Roasted Hazelnut Syrup, mayonnaise
- dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss until well coated
- Season with additional salt and pepper if needed
