Ingredients

30 ml MONIN Lemon Ginger Honey Syrup, 10 ml MONIN Mojito Mint Syrup, 60 ml Rum, 120 ml Soda Water, 8 Mint Leaves, 2 Lemon Wedges

Garnish

Lemon Wheel & Fresh Mint

Instructions

Muddle the lemon wedges and mint leaves. Add both MONIN syrups and the rum. Fill the glass with ice, top with soda water and stir gently.
