Nooyi’s Brew Yuzu Zest Tea

Ingredients

  • 30 ml MONIN Yuzu Puree
  • 5 ml MONIN Lemon Rantcho
  • 120 ml Freshly Brewed Black Tea
  • Yuzu Fruit (for garnish)
  • Ice

Garnish

Yuzu slices

Instructions

  1. Brew 120 ml of black tea and let it cool slightly
  2. Take a shaker and add MONIN Yuzu Puree, MONIN Lemon Rantcho, freshly brewed black tea, and ice
  3. Shake well until the mixture is cold
  4. Strain the mixture into a serving glass filled with fresh ice
  5. Garnish with a slice of yuzu fruit
