Passion Fruit Twist

Ingredients

  • 60 ml vodka
  • 30 ml Passion fruit puree
  • 2 kaffir lime leaves
  • 10 ml vanilla syrup
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • Soda top up
  • 15 ml MONIN Watermelon Syrup
  • 15 ml MONIN Orange spritzer Syrup
  • 45 ml Gin

Garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing tin, combine vodka, passion fruit puree, kaffir lime leaves, vanilla syrup, lime juice, Monin Watermelon Syrup, Monin Orange Spritzer Syrup, and gin
  2. Shake vigorously until the mixture is well chilled
  3. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass
  4. Top up with chilled soda
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy your Passion Fruit Twist!
