Passionate Sour
Ingredients
30 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Passionfruit
60 ml Vodka
1 Egg White
Bitter Drops
10-15 ml Lime Juice
Ice Cubes
Garnish
Passionfruit
Instructions
In a shaker, combine Le Sirop de MONIN Passionfruit, vodka, egg white, lime juice, and a few drops of bitters
Do a dry shake, add ice cubes and shake vigorously
Strain into a glass over ice
Garnish as desired and enjoy this fruity and frothy Passionate Sour
