Passionate Sour

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Passionfruit
  • 60 ml Vodka
  • 1 Egg White
  • Bitter Drops
  • 10-15 ml Lime Juice
  • Ice Cubes

Garnish

Passionfruit

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine Le Sirop de MONIN Passionfruit, vodka, egg white, lime juice, and a few drops of bitters
  2. Do a dry shake, add ice cubes and shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a glass over ice
  4. Garnish as desired and enjoy this fruity and frothy Passionate Sour
