Ingredients
15 ml MONIN Strawberry Syrup
10 ml MONIN Vanilla Syrup
60 ml Vodka
10 ml Lemon Juice
10 ml Egg White
Ice Cubes
Garnish
Strawberry Slice
Instructions
In a shaker, combine MONIN Strawberry Syrup, MONIN Vanilla Syrup, vodka, lemon juice, and egg white
Add ice cubes and shake vigorously to create a frothy mixture
Strain into a martini glass filled with ice
Garnish with a strawberry or lemon twist, if desired
