Enjoy this heavenly Pongal special made with Rose syrup and jaggery to add a festive touch to your holidays.

Ingredients

  • 15 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Rose
  • 90 gm Jaggery
  • 60 ml Rice Water

Preparation

  1. Combine Le Sirop de MONIN Rose and Jaggery in a mixing bowl or pitcher
  2. Stir until the jaggery is dissolved in the rose syrup
  3. Then, add Rice Water to the mixture and stir again to combine thoroughly
  4. Garnish and Serve
