Pumpkin Sour

Ingredients

  • 10ml MONIN Amaretto Syrup
  • 10ml MONIN Pumpkin Spice Syrup
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 60ml Bourbon
  • 1 whole egg white
  • dash of bitters

Garnish

Cinnamon stick

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, add Monin Pumpkin Spice Syrup and Monin Amaretto Syrup along with egg white, lime juice, and bourbon
  2. Drop in a few ice cubes
  3. Shake vigorously to thoroughly mix and chill the ingredients
  4. Strain the mixture into a glass
  5. Garnish and serve
