- 1 L of full-fat milk
- 200 g of pudding rice
- 200 g of MONIN syrup (variety of flavors)
- 200 g of UHT cream (20% to 30% fat)
- Step 1:
- Heat the full-fat milk and bring it to the boil.
- Step 2:
- Add the rice and leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
- Step 3: Off the heat
- Add the syrup and the UHT cream.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Put in the refrigerator.

- Rum Flavor
- Coconut
- Hazelnut.
- This recipe yields 8 ramequins of 80 g each.
