Ingredients

  • 1 L of full-fat milk
  • 200 g of pudding rice
  • 200 g of MONIN syrup (variety of flavors)
  • 200 g of UHT cream (20% to 30% fat)
  • Step 1:
  • Heat the full-fat milk and bring it to the boil.
  • Step 2:
  • Add the rice and leave to simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3: Off the heat
  • Add the syrup and the UHT cream.
  • Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Put in the refrigerator.

  • Banana
  • Rum Flavor
  • Coconut
  • Hazelnut.
  • This recipe yields 8 ramequins of 80 g each.
