Smoky Ginger Fizz

Ingredients

  • 15 ml MONIN Smoked Oak Syrup
  • 10ml MONIN Cinnamon Syrup
  • 60ml Apple juice
  • 10ml Lime juice
  • Ginger Ale

Garnish

Apple slices, Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, combine Monin Smoked Oak Syrup, Cinnamon Syrup, lime juice, and apple juice
  2. Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously to blend all the ingredients thoroughly
  3. Strain the mixture into a glass
  4. Top up the glass with ginger ale for an added zest
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy
