Spicy Peach Zest

Ingredients

  • 20ml MONIN Peach Syrup
  • 60ml Tequila
  • 10ml Lime Juice
  • 10ml Jalapeño brine
  • 1 slice Jalapeno
  • 30ml Orange juice
  • 90ml Peach Sparkling water

Garnish

Jalapeño, Lime wheel

Instructions

  1. Add a slice of jalapeño and jalapeño brine to a shaker tin
  2. Then, pour in Monin Peach Syrup, Tequila, Lime Juice, and Orange Juice
  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake well to mix the ingredients thoroughly
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass filled with ice and lined with salt and chili powder
  5. Finally, top up the glass with Peach Sparkling Water
