Strawberry Mojito

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Strawberry
  • 10 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Mojito Mint
  • 60 ml White Rum
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 6-7 Lemon Chunks
  • 7-8 Mint Leaves
  • Soda
  • Crushed Ice

Garnish

Mint Leaves & Lemon Slice

Instructions

  1. Muddle mint leaves and lemon chunks in a shaker tin
  2. Add Le Sirop de MONIN Strawberry, Le Sirop de MONIN Mojito Mint, white rum, lime juice, and crushed ice
  3. Shake well, then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice
  4. Top with soda and garnish with additional mint leaves or lemon slices if desired
