Strawberry Sparkling Wine
Ingredients
10 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Strawberry
10 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Curaçao Triple Sec
90-120 ml Chilled Sparkling Wine
Garnish
Strawberry
Instructions
Combine 10 ml of Le Sirop de MONIN Strawberry and 10 ml
Le Sirop de MONIN Curaçao Triple Sec in a shaker with ice
Shake well for 10-15 seconds. Strain the infused syrups into a glass
Top with 90-120 ml of chilled sparkling wine
Garnish with a fresh strawberry, Cheers!
