Vanilla Passion Elixir

Ingredients

  • Orange bitter Dash
  • 20 ml Monin Passion Fruit Fruit Mix
  • 10 ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
  • Vanilla Passion
  • 60ml Vodka
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 90 ml Tonic water top up

Garnish

Rosemary Sprig and Dehydrated orange wheel

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin add burnt rosemary Monin Passionfruit Fruitmix, Monin Vanilla Syrup, Lime juice, Vodka add ice cube
  2. shake well then double string into a wine goblet then top with tonic water
  3. Garnish with Burnt Rosemary and orange wheel
