Yuzu Kaffir Lime

Ingredients

  • 10 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Yuzu
  • 5 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Amaretto
  • 60 ml White Rum
  • 30 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves
  • 10 ml Lime Juice

Garnish

Lime Slice

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine Monin Yuzu Syrup, Monin Amaretto Syrup, White Rum, Pineapple Juice, and Lime Juice
  2. Add 2 Kaffir Lime Leaves and fill the shaker with ice and Shake vigorously to thoroughly chill and mix the ingredients
  3. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice
  4. Garnish with a lime slice before serving
