Heavy cream - 1 cup (whipped till stiff peaks form)
Brewed matcha tea (green tea powder) - 1 cup
chilled
Yuzu puree - 1/3 cup (for dipping ladyfingers)
Japanese whiskey - 1/3 cup
Ladyfingers (biscuits) - 60 pieces
Matcha powder (for dusting) - as needed
Powdered sugar - as needed
Preparation
**Make the Cheese Filling:**
Take a mixing bowl, add mascarpone cheese and 1/2 cup yuzu puree Mix gently until it's combined well
Add the whipped cream into the cheese mixture little by little and fold it in carefully until smooth
Cover this mixture and keep it in the fridge to cool
**Assemble the Tiramisu:**
In another bowl, add chilled matcha tea, 1/3 cup yuzu puree, and whiskey Whisk them together
Take each ladyfinger biscuit and quickly dip it in the matcha mixture, making sure it gets wet but doesn’t become too soft Place a layer of dipped ladyfingers on the bottom of an 8x8-inch glass or baking dish
Spread 1/3 of the chilled cheese mixture evenly over the first layer of ladyfingers
Repeat the same steps, adding two more layers of ladyfingers and cheese mixture, ending with a layer of cheese mixture on top
Lightly sprinkle some matcha powder and powdered sugar on top for decoration
**Chill and Serve:**
Cover the tiramisu and keep it in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving
