The hospitality industry, long dominated by men, has seen a shift in recent years as women carve out their space behind the bar. Yet, despite their growing presence, significant challenges persist. Gender bias, limited leadership opportunities, and a lack of mentorship continue to hinder many women from reaching their full potential in this traditionally male-dominated field.

In response to these challenges, MONIN India is proud to launch the Women Raise the Bar initiative, a key part of its CSR program. The initiative’s flagship event, a roundtable on November 19th, 2024, in Delhi, will bring together influential women from the bar and hospitality industry to share their experiences and drive change. Through meaningful dialogue, mentorship, and collaboration, Women Raise the Bar aims to break down the barriers holding women back, while creating more inclusive and empowering opportunities across the industry.

This initiative is more than just a community, it’s a movement. A movement to amplify women’s voices, celebrate their contributions, and shape the future of bartending and hospitality for generations to come.
