Coffee Kheer

A delightful fusion of classic rice kheer and modern mocha notes, slow-simmered in milk and enriched with MONIN Coffee Syrup for a deep, aromatic finish.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup basmati rice (soaked 30 mins-drained)
  • 3 cups full-fat milk
  • ¼ cup MONIN Coffee Syrup
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped pistachios/almonds

Preparation

  4. Simmer on low heat until the rice softens and the mixture thickens

  6. Stir in MONIN Coffee Syrup and sugar

  8. Add cardamom and mix well

  10. Garnish with chopped nuts and a drizzle of coffee syrup
  11. Serve warm or chilled
