Ingredients

  • 50 ml of MONIN syrup
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g of flour
  • A small pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Pour 100 g of flour into a mixing bowl
  2. Add one egg and gradually pour in 150 ml of milk while whisking to avoid lumps, until you get a smooth mixture
  3. Add a pinch of salt, then 50 ml of MONIN syrup
  4. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
  5. Cook the crêpes in a hot skillet
