Flavoured crepes
Ingredients
50 ml of MONIN syrup
150 ml of milk
1 egg
100 g of flour
A small pinch of salt
Instructions
Pour 100 g of flour into a mixing bowl
Add one egg and gradually pour in 150 ml of milk while whisking to avoid lumps, until you get a smooth mixture
Add a pinch of salt, then 50 ml of MONIN syrup
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the batter rest in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours
Cook the crêpes in a hot skillet
