Ingredients

  • 20 ml Monin Blue Curaçao Syrup
  • 10 ml Lime Juice
  • 60 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Ginger Chunks
  • 100 ml Soda.

Instructions

  1. In a shaker tin, muddle ginger, add remaining ingredients, shake with ice, pour into glass, and top with soda
