Irish Coffee Crumble

Ingredients

Crumble,
  • 100 GM Butter
  • 100 GM Brown Sugar
  • 50 GM Flour
  • 100 GM Almond Powder
Teacake Mix,
  • 90 ML Milk
  • 120 GM Butter
  • 60 GM Milk Powder
  • 32 GM Icing Sugar
  • 128 GM Flour
  • 2 GM Baking Soda
  • 3 GM Baking Powder
  • 30 ML MONIN Irish Syrup

Instructions

For the Crumble:.
  1. Mix all crumble ingredients until pea-sized pieces form
  2. Chill and bake until golden brown at 160 degree Celsius

For the Cake Batter:.
  1. Cream butter and icing sugar until fluffy
  2. Add milk powder and mix well
  3. Mix in milk and add MONIN Irish syrup
  4. Sift dry ingredients and fold into the batter

For the Assembly:.
  1. Pour batter into greased tin
  2. Bake at 170°C for 30–35 minutes or until skewer comes out clean
  3. Cool and top with crumble and drizzle some caramel over it
