200 GM Sugar
100 GM Eggs
160 GM Melted Dark Chocolate
240 GM Flour
4 GM Baking Powder
40 GM Cocoa Powder
5 GM Orange Zest
30 ML MONIN Tangerine Fruit Mix
40 GM Dark Chocolate Callets
40 GM Candied Oranges
Instructions
Cream butter, sugar, zest and MONIN Tangerine Fruit Mix
Add egg melted chocolate and mix
Sift flour and baking powder cocoa powder fold into dough
Add chocolate and candied oranges, chill 30 min
Scoop and bake at 170°C for 12–14 min until baked
