Irish Coffee Tiramisu Tart

Ingredients

Tart Base,
  • 78 GM Butter
  • 150 GM Flour
  • 48 GM Icing Sugar
  • 18 GM Almond Powder
  • 1/4 TSP Salt
  • 35 GM Egg
Irish Ganache,
  • 100 GM Dark Chocolate
  • 150 GM Cream
  • 60 ML MONIN Irish Syrup
Tiramisu Filling,
  • 100 GM Mascarpone
  • 50 GM Cream
  • 30 GM Cafe Coffee Syrup
Garnish
  • Coffee Beans as needed
  • Cocoa Powder as needed

Instructions

For the Tart Shell:.
  1. Cream butter and icing sugar until smooth
  2. Add almond powder, salt, and egg, mix to combine
  3. Fold in flour just until dough comes together
  4. Wrap and chill 1 hour
  5. Roll out, line tart ring, and dock with fork
  6. Bake blind at 170°C for 12–15 minutes until golden, Cool

For the Tiramisu Filling:.
  1. Whip mascarpone, cream, and Cafe Coffee syrup until soft peaks
  2. Pipe or spread on baked base of tart shell

For the Ganache:
  1. Heat cream, pour over chocolate and MONIN Irish syrup, stir smooth
  2. Pipe over the mascarpone cream
  3. Finish with dusting of cocoa and crushed beans as needed
