Irish Coffee Tiramisu Tart
Ingredients
Tart Base,
78 GM Butter
150 GM Flour
48 GM Icing Sugar
18 GM Almond Powder
1/4 TSP Salt
35 GM Egg
Irish Ganache,
100 GM Dark Chocolate
150 GM Cream
60 ML MONIN Irish Syrup
Tiramisu Filling,
100 GM Mascarpone
50 GM Cream
30 GM Cafe Coffee Syrup
Garnish
Coffee Beans as needed
Cocoa Powder as needed
Instructions
For the Tart Shell:.
Cream butter and icing sugar until smooth
Add almond powder, salt, and egg, mix to combine
Fold in flour just until dough comes together
Wrap and chill 1 hour
Roll out, line tart ring, and dock with fork
Bake blind at 170°C for 12–15 minutes until golden, Cool
For the Tiramisu Filling:.
Whip mascarpone, cream, and Cafe Coffee syrup until soft peaks
Pipe or spread on baked base of tart shell
For the Ganache:
Heat cream, pour over chocolate and MONIN Irish syrup, stir smooth
Pipe over the mascarpone cream
Finish with dusting of cocoa and crushed beans as needed
