Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cup soda water
- 1/2 cup Kiwi syrup
Preparation
- In a saucepan, mix sugar and lemon juice Heat it until the sugar dissolves Remove from heat
- Add soda water and kiwi syrup Let it cool in the fridge
- Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the machine’s Preparation
- After it sets, transfer to a container, cover, and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight
- Enjoy your refreshing Kiwi Sorbet!
