Kiwi Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1/2 cup Kiwi syrup

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, mix sugar and lemon juice Heat it until the sugar dissolves Remove from heat
  2. Add soda water and kiwi syrup Let it cool in the fridge
  3. Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the machine’s Preparation
  4. After it sets, transfer to a container, cover, and freeze for at least 2 hours or overnight
  5. Enjoy your refreshing Kiwi Sorbet!
