Lychee Kulfi
Ingredients
1 litre full-fat milk
100 g khoya
100 ml MONIN Lychee Fruit Mix
50–75 g chopped fresh lychee
¼ tsp cardamom powder
2–3 drops kewra water
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp chopped cashews
1 tbsp chopped almonds
Instructions
Boil milk until reduced to half its volume
Add crumbled khoya and cook until smooth
Mix in MONIN Lychee Fruit Mix, cardamom, and kewra water
Add chopped nuts and fresh lychee
Pour into moulds and freeze until firm
