Lychee Kulfi

A rich, creamy kulfi with a tropical twist, made with milk and khoya and flavoured with MONIN Lychee Fruit Mix for a delicate sweetness and refreshing aroma.

Ingredients

  • 1 litre full-fat milk
  • 100 g khoya
  • 100 ml MONIN Lychee Fruit Mix
  • 50–75 g chopped fresh lychee
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 2–3 drops kewra water
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • 1 tbsp chopped cashews
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds

Preparation

  2. Boil milk until reduced to half its volume

  4. Add crumbled khoya and cook until smooth

  6. Mix in MONIN Lychee Fruit Mix, cardamom, and kewra water

  8. Add chopped nuts and fresh lychee

  10. Pour into moulds and freeze until firm
