Mango Shrikhand

A creamy and refreshing twist on the traditional shrikhand, crafted with thick Greek yogurt and infused with MONIN Mango Fruit Mix for a tropical sweetness and vibrant hue. Finished with saffron and pistachios for a rich festive touch.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups hung curd / Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup MONIN Mango Fruit Mix
  • 2 tbsp saffron milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped almonds
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
  • Few fresh mango pieces (optional)
  • 3 Gelatin Sheets

Garnish

Slice fresh mango thinly. Arrange on top in rosette pattern or fan design Optional: Brush lightly with MONIN Mango Syrup.
