Mango Shrikhand
Ingredients
2 cups hung curd / Greek yogurt
½ cup MONIN Mango Fruit Mix
2 tbsp saffron milk
¼ tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
Few fresh mango pieces (optional)
3 Gelatin Sheets
Garnish
Slice fresh mango thinly. Arrange on top in rosette pattern or fan design
Optional: Brush lightly with MONIN Mango Syrup.
Instructions
Whisk hung curd until smooth and creamy
Add MONIN Mango Fruit Mix, saffron milk, and cardamom powder
Mix well
Chill for 1–2 hours
Garnish with chopped nuts and mango pieces before serving
