Ingredients

  • 125 g MONIN Fruit (flavoring)
  • 250 g mascarpone or UHT cream
  • Any of your choice.
  • Suggestions:
  • MONIN Raspberry Fruit
  • MONIN Red Fruits Fruit
  • MONIN Mango Fruit
  • MONIN Passion Fruit

Instructions

  1. Add any MONIN Fruit flavour of your choice to the mascarpone
  2. Mix well with a whisk or mixer and fill the glasses
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  4. Decorate with pieces of fresh fruit
  5. Serve
