Passionfruit York Sour

Ingredients

  • 20 ml Le Sirop de MONIN Passion Fruit
  • 45 ml Vodka
  • 30 ml Pineapple Juice
  • 10 ml Lime Juice​
  • 15 ml Red Wine
  • 1 Egg White
  • ​2-3 Basil​ leaves
  • Ice ​Cubes

Garnish

Edible Flowers ​

Instructions

  1. Take a shaker tin and add Monin Passion fruit syrup,Vodka,Red wine,Pineapple juice,lime juice,egg white,Basil leaves
  2. Do a dry shake
  3. Then add ice and shake well
  4. Strain the drink into a serving glass
  5. Garnish your drink then serve
