Ingredients

  • 10ml MONIN Ginger Concentrate
  • 10ml MONIN Triple Sec Syrup
  • 45ml White Rum
  • 10ml Lemon Rantcho
  • 60ml Fresh Sugar Cane Juice
  • 20ml Pineapple Juice
  • Glass Full of Ice

Garnish

Burnt Star Anise & Mint Leaves

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients together with ice
  2. Strain into a glass and garnish with burnt star anise and mint leaves
