Ingredients

  • MONIN Brown Butter Syrup – 30ml
  • Cold brew – 120ml
  • Orange slice
  • Star anise
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add brown butter syrup and cold brew into a glass with ice
  2. Stir well and garnish with an orange slice and star anise
