Spicy Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 30 ml Monin Watermelon Syrup
  • 3 Basil Leaves
  • 20 ml Jalapeno Brine
  • 15 ml Lime Juice
  • 100 ml Soda
  • 3/4 Glass Ice Cubes.

Garnish

Garnished with Basil Leaf.

Instructions

  1. In a serving glass, muddle basil leaves gently, add syrup, brine, lime juice, and gin
  2. Stir, add ice, top with soda, and serve
