Passion Fruit Barfi
Ingredients
MONIN Passion Fruit Mix – 100ml
Khoya (mawa), crumbled – 250g
Milk powder – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Saffron (optional)
Garnish
Chopped pistachios
Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan and add the crumbled khoya, stirring until smooth and warm
Mix in the milk powder and MONIN Passion Fruit Mix, cooking until the mixture thickens and comes together
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray, spread evenly, and allow it to cool completely
Cut into squares and garnish with saffron strands and chopped pistachios before serving
