Strawberry Motichoor Laddu

Ingredients

  • 1 cup besan
  • Water (as needed)
  • Ghee (for frying)
  • 200 ml sugar syrup (one-string consistency)
  • ½ cup MONIN Strawberry Syrup
  • Dried rose petals (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare a thin besan batter and fry boondi in hot ghee until golden
  2. Drain and cool slightly
  3. Warm sugar syrup, mix in MONIN Strawberry Syrup, and pour over boondi
  4. Combine and bind into laddus once the mixture thickens
  5. Garnish with rose petals and serve
